Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in strategizing advertising and marketing initiatives, generating inbound leads, and overseeing our social media presence. With a focus on promoting our high-end business phone applications, fiber services, and hosted phone systems, the Marketing Specialist will drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various industry verticals. And gain valuable experience working with different verticals, especially pharmaceuticals, and showcase your adaptability and versatility in marketing strategies. 


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales targeting small to mid-size businesses across all industry verticals.
  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including discovery, troubleshooting, build, testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO optimization, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage the company's CRM system, including data analysis, segmentation, and campaign automation.
  • Lead graphic design efforts to create visually compelling marketing materials, including website graphics, digital ads, and print collateral.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure that marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the marketing team.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients from diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, to understand their unique marketing needs and develop tailored strategies.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on journey design, email campaign execution, and technical implementation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMFC), including experience with Journey Builder, Automation, and SQL scripting
  • Experienced in discovery, troubleshooting, build, and testing to deploy the email journey.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making and campaign optimization
  • Experience in developing QA/UA testing plans.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey messaging and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and effectively oversee marketing initiatives.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Background in appointment-setting and lead generation activities.
  • Experience in Australian market and telecommunication industry is a plus.
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or relevant marketing automation platforms is desirable but not essential.
